Using our own in-house transport, MrStairs delivers staircases all over mainland UK. This ensures
all products are delivered with the upmost care and attention, and they will be handed off to you
by one of our trained and experienced delivery drivers.
We aim to deliver your order within 7 – 10 working days. You will receive a notification before dispatch. Delivery costs will be calculated during the process order and are based on your geographical location.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are having your staircase installed by a tradesman, we advise that you do not book the installation until you have received your staircase.
We ask you to double check all measurements. Since all staircases are made to order and are
customer specific, they are non-refundable.
If there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, we urge you to inspect your staircase before the driver leaves and notify the driver immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours if you have any issues and require a return.
All other items (such as stair parts from our shop) can be returned provided they are in the
exact same condition as when purchased.
Please contact us via e-mail or Phone to arrange the return of an item in order to obtain a return authorisation. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer and we will refund the item once we have it back and it is inspected – a restocking fee will apply.
Please note that all staircase orders will incur a full 100% charge if cancelled as they are made to order.
